Balvenie

	The distillery was first established in 1892 by the Grants of Glenfiddich, and although the Glenfiddich brand has been pushed more, the Balvenie is the one of higher quality.
To give it its real name 'The Balvenie' is one of the finest Speyside malts and comes in several different finishes and ageings. The malt comes as a 10 year Founders Reserve, a 12 year double wood, a 15 year single barrel, a 21 year port wood and a 30 year vintage cask. There was also an 8 year classic, but it was not up to scratch.
